Personal Data Deletion

Coinbox Ltd. (Company Number 517137105) lets every user request account closure and deletion of personal data we are not required to retain by law.

How to request account deletion

From the app or website

1. Sign in to your Coinbox account.
2. Open Settings & Security.
3. Under Delete account, select Request account deletion.
4. On the page that opens, send your request to privacy@coinbox.co.il.

Without access to your account

Send the request directly to privacy@coinbox.co.il.

Include your full name and the email address associated with the account. We will verify the account holder's identity before processing the request.

What happens after approval

• Your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to sign in.
• Data we are not required to retain will be deleted or anonymized.
• Data we must retain by law, including identity-verification documents and transaction records, will be kept only for the legally required period. See our Privacy Policy for details.
