How do I deposit and withdraw ILS?

ILS deposits and withdrawals use bank transfers through a verified Israeli bank account. Each action is subject to verification, operational checks, and approval. Processing time varies by action and the information required.

How is tax handled on Coinbox activity?

Coinbox calculates the applicable tax liability on activity conducted on the platform and collects it in a consolidated amount at month-end or before a withdrawal, whichever comes first. Calculation and collection depend on applicable rules and account information. The service does not promise a filing or a particular tax form.

Which coins can I trade?

The supported asset list may change. The current list is available on the coins page and in the trading interfaces.

Is there a mobile app?

Yes. The Coinbox app is available on the App Store for iOS and Google Play for Android. You can buy, sell, monitor your portfolio, and manage your account on mobile.

What is the difference between Quick Buy and advanced trading?

Quick Buy is a guided ILS buy-and-sell flow with the price shown before confirmation. Advanced trading provides a live order book, TradingView charts, and Limit and Stop orders. Orders execute only when market conditions permit.

Client assets are held in dedicated arrangements segregated from Coinbox assets. Crypto is held with Fireblocks through Coinbox's institutional custody infrastructure. Coinbox operates under extended licence no. 71398. Digital services remain exposed to cyber, operational, and third-party risk.
