Our fee structure is designed to be transparent and competitive. All fees and rates are clearly disclosed on the platform before any action is executed.
1. Active Trading Fees
Coinbox charges simple fees for buying and selling currencies. Every exchange or purchase on the platform is subject to a fee that is displayed after calculating the spread on the order page.
2. Deposit Fees (Fiat / Crypto)
- Depositing New Israeli Shekels (ILS) to account: No fee.
- Credit Card Usage: A clearing fee at an amount to be disclosed prior to final approval from the clearing networks (typically 1-3%).
- Incoming Crypto Deposits: No fee from Coinbox (you may pay a network fee to the sending wallet on the blockchain).
3. Withdrawal Fees (Fiat / Crypto)
- Withdrawing Shekels (ILS): Transfers to an Israeli bank account will be subject to a transfer fee, which is typically minimal or exempt locally. Foreign currency withdrawals may include fees related to FX trading and SWIFT fees from the bank.
- Crypto Withdrawals: Coinbox will deduct a withdrawal fee from these transactions to cover security costs (Fireblocks) and the volatile network/gas fee of the blockchain at the time of the operation before sending it off the platform.
Please note that for foreign currency exchange actions, exchange rate variations are based on Bank of Israel guidelines and rates and are subject to market changes.
