Coinbox Ltd. (the "Company") attaches great importance to providing equitable service to all customers and users, including individuals with disabilities. We invest significant time and resources into making our website and digital services accessible to ensure a safe, comfortable, and accessible experience for everyone, in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013.

1. Accessibility Level and Standards

We work to make this website accessible in accordance with Israeli Standard IS 5568 Part 1 ("Web Content Accessibility Guidelines") at Level AA, which is based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines. In addition, we voluntarily apply criteria from the updated WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Conformance status: this website is partially conformant with the standard. Most parts of the website meet the Level AA requirements, and some components may not yet be fully accessible. Accessibility is an ongoing process: we review and improve the website continuously, and the known limitations are listed in this statement.

2. Site Adjustments Made

• Full keyboard navigation: a "skip to main content" link, a visible focus indicator, and managed focus in dialogs.
• Screen reader support: labels on form fields, alternative text for images, announcement of error and success messages, unique page titles, and declared content language and direction.
• Site colors are adjusted for contrast in accordance with the standard's requirements.
• Font sizes can be rescaled via standard browser controls: the site does not block zooming.
• Reduced animation and motion for users who enable the operating system's "reduce motion" preference.
• The website is responsive and optimized for various devices (phones, tablets, desktops).
• Text is written in clear, professional, accessible language, with support for Hebrew, English, Arabic, and Russian.

3. Assessment Approach

The website's accessibility is assessed by self-evaluation, combining widely used automated testing tools (axe, Lighthouse) with manual checks of keyboard navigation and content structure. Testing is performed primarily in up-to-date Chromium-based browsers (such as Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge), on desktop and mobile devices. The website relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WAI-ARIA technologies.

4. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, we are aware of the following limitations and are working to reduce them:

• The advanced trading platform runs on a third-party provider's infrastructure and may contain accessibility gaps; we are working with the provider to improve it. Accessible alternative: buy and sell transactions can also be performed through the trading area on the Company's website, and with the assistance of our support team.
• Downloadable documents produced in the past may not be fully accessible. Customers are entitled to receive personal information or documents in an accessible format upon request: contact us and we will provide it promptly, within the timeframes set by the regulations.
• Third-party content (such as market data updating in real time) may be limited in its accessibility.

5. Physical Accessibility at Company Offices

Our services are provided fully digitally (online), with no in-person public reception. Our customer service and support team is available to assist with any action via alternative accessible channels (email and online chat).
